Tombstone Tuesday Duluth Minnesota Duncan and Sarah McNee at Forest Hill Cemetery

Last Saturday was a beautiful day here in northern Minnesota. Sun was shining, sky blue and in the upper 50's. As we were out hunting garage sales we passed the Forest Hill cemetery where my family is buried. After the garage sales made a stop there for about 20 minutes to take some pictures.

It is such a beautiful cemetery with pond, ducks, geese and well maintained.

Will be posting some of the pictures from there over the next days and will post on http://www.findagrave.com/ if needed there.

Today for Tombstone Tuesday I am sharing the beautiful gravestone of

Duncan McNee
1869 - 1935
Sarah McNee
1881 - 1976?
Stone is dirty and could use a proper careful cleaning from someone who knows how to do it.
Went to http://www.ancestry.com/ and found

1905 census had them living at 218 4th East no one else listed living with them.

My search found no children listed, so do not know if they ever had children. So there they are in this beautiful cemetery and may not get any visitors other than me last Saturday. How sad will have to visit them another time while taking pictures in the area.

Thanks for stopping by.. Grace
