Today I received an email telling me that the Charline Gloyd McNabb I had listed at Morton Cemetery was the only daughter of Carrie Nation and her first husband Dr. Gloyd . The following is her obiturary. Read more information on Carrie if you like at
http://www.kshs.org/exhibits/carry/carry5.htmMcNABB - Richmond, Tex., June 13.-(Spl.)- Mrs. Charline Gloyd McNabb died in a San Antonio sanitarium Tuesday and her body was brought here Wednesday morning to the home of her step-sister, Mrs. Lela Williams, where the funeral took place, the Rev. H.J. Morgan officiating. The deceased was the only child of Mrs. Carrie A. Nation and her first husband, Dr. Gloyd, who died in 1869 when the deceased was only six months old. Her mother married David Nation and moved to Richmond where the deceased was reared and married A.D. McNabb. Five children survive: A.D. of Washington, D.C.; and John McNabb of San Antonio; Mrs. Roscoe Fitch of Herman, Neb.; Mrs. C.O. Charline is buried next to her husband Alexander D McNabb born May 4, 1854 died Feb 20,1911

I never know who is buried under the gravestone as I take my pictures. There is an interesting story behind our Charline.
